What we cannot help with

  • Entries, schedules, start lists, results or prize money — we are not a show organiser and hold none of it.
  • Veterinary, feeding, shoeing or horse-care questions. Ask a vet or a qualified professional.
  • Valuations, sales, or anything about a specific horse or rider.
  • Rule adjudication. The ground jury of the competition being run decides, not us.

If you are writing about a rule

Our internal references — 2.1 for a knockdown, 2.5 for time faults — are this guide's own numbering and exist so paragraphs can be linked. Tell us which one you mean and we will point you at the actual rule in the rulebook that governs your competition.
