Calgary, Alberta – A month ago, the management of Rocky Mountain Show Jumping, along with Equestrian Events Design announced that they would be hosting a special clinic with the 2010 World Champion of Show Jumping, Phillippe Le Jeune of Belgium.
Unfortunately, the Clinic that was to be held in the beginning of September had to be re-scheduled as Phillipe was called upon to compete in the European Championships. The good news is that he re-scheduled his time so that he wouldn't have to cancel.
The re-scheduled Clinic is being held on October 7, 8, and 9 right here at Anderson Ranch.
There will be four groups of riders consisting of five riders each. The groups will be 1.15m, 1.20m, 1.25-1.30m, and finally a 1.40m group. Most of the spots have been filled from the prior clinic registration forms, but because of the change in dates there are a few riders who couldn't attend, so there are a few spots still available. Please send us an email, if you are interested in one of the few remaining spots.
It will be open to everyone that wishes to audit, and a good audience is anticipated. There will be a dinner on the Saturday evening of the Clinic hosted in the new "Goby's Grill," The dinner will also be a fundraiser with proceeds going to Just World International.
Each day, there will be an autograph session with Phillipe, and a Goodbye Cocktail Party will be hosted following the Clinic completion on Sunday!
Riders in the clinic will receive one ticket to the Saturday dinner, a stall with shavings included, an autographed custom Ogilvy Equestrian saddle pad along with a commemorative hat.
Special thanks goes out to CWD, Gaitpost Magazine, EQ Barns, Dragon Media Group, Ogilvy Equestrian, and the Canadian Equestrian Development League, who have generously leant their support to this great event.
