Rocky Mountain Show Jumping is pleased at this time to welcome back Horselife to our great family of sponsors in 2011. Bobby Gibb, CEO of Horselife, has graciously offered to sponsor the $25,000.00 2011 Horselife Survivor Rocky Mountain (HSRM) program. "We are so pleased to be enhancing our relationship with the team at Rocky Mountain. Their forward thinking has done so much for the sport here in Alberta at every level, and is a big reason we decided to open up a store here in Calgary"
Announced last fall, competitors have been anxiously awaiting the details of this exciting new program that is being initiated as yet another exhibitor loyalty program here at Anderson Ranch. In 2010, as a means of rewarding those who did their entries on time, RMSJ offered a $100 early entry discount at the major tournaments. "We really wanted to thank exhibitors who made our organizing job much easier by entering our tournaments on time." This program was born because we wanted to something a little bigger to reward our competitors. It makes our organizing committee's job much less stressful when we can put the stabling puzzle together as soon as possible after a tournaments closing date."
Outlined below are the initial ways for our exhibitors to participate in the $25,000.00 Horselife Survivor Rocky Mountain Program.
- On time entries: Enter on time, and you will receive a HSRM card on your arrival to the tournament in which you entered.
- Clear round jumping at RMSJ tournaments: Rather than a clear round ribbon, competitors who jump a clear round will be handed a HSRM card when they exit the ring.
- Event winners: Every competition winner during the 2011 tournament season will be handed a HSRM card.
- Special Offers: Horselife will host special promotions throughout the year where participants will be handed HSRM cards.
- Rocky Mountain Idols: Strategically placed around the grounds during our outdoor tournaments. Find one, take it to the office and receive 5 HSRM cards.
- Outdoor Tournament Challenges: At all of our major outdoor tournaments, competitors will form teams of 5-10 people and compete in specially designed challenges on the welcome day at each tournament following the days competitions during happy hour. Each team member will receive 5 HSRM cards for a win, Second 4, Third 3, Fourth 2, and Fifth, 1.
- Opening day Participants: All competitors participating in competitions on the opening day will receive a bonus card.
The object of the game is to collect as many cards as you can throughout the year, and make sure to deposit them in the drum located at the Horselife store either on site during RMSJ tournaments, or at the newly opened Horselife Calgary store on off RMSJ tournament days.
On the Saturday during our second Rocky Mountain Classic tournament in August, there will be a draw during our Grand Prix event. The prizes will be as follows:
- $10,000.00 towards your RMSJ tournament entry fees in 2012.
- $ 5,000.00 towards your RMSJ tournament entry fees in 2012.
- $ 2,500.00 towards your RMSJ tournament entry fees in 2012.
The $8,500.00 remainder will be divided up into 17 draws of $500.00 towards your RMSJ tournament entry fees in 2012. The draws will be made throughout the year at the discretion of the great folks at Horselife. (240 Midpark Way SE...403.263.1445)
