In keeping with our goals of helping to improve the level of the sport in Alberta, we are launching the Rocky Mountain Show Jumping Developing Riders Tour. 

We host numerous tournaments throughout the year tailored to the upper levels of the sport, but want you to know that we are committed to providing younger riders competitions that help develop their careers as well.   

The Developing Riders Tour is tailored to more novice riders in our sport.  By including divisions tailored to younger riders in all of our tournaments, we hope that they will have the chance to rub shoulders with some of the more advanced riders in our sport.  We believe that by offering younger competitors the chance to compete at events that are also attended by more experienced riders, that some of their knowledge will help them in developing their skills further.  At some of our outdoor tournaments, there is a good chance that the younger riders will be joining some truly international caliber riders on the list of competitors  Our events have been attended in the past by riders such as Laura Kraut, Bezzie Madden, Ian Millar, and Norman Dello Joio just to name a few.

Exhibitors in the sport of Show Jumping these days have a wide variety of events in which they can choose to attend, and we hope that by offering innovative things like the Developing Riders Tour, that you will consider attending a Rocky Mountain Show Jumping event.
